The location is great, situated in an upmarket area close to various tourist destinations like a sculpture and a shopping district. the staff is friendly and always willing to provide information and recommendations. the rooms are large and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and blankets.
The bathrooms and showers are tiny and not well-maintained. the kitchen is dirty and not suitable for cooking, only for warming up food.

The hostel had a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. the location was prime, being close to the subway station and various landmarks. the well-maintained facilities and comfortable beds were a plus, but what I enjoyed the most was the peaceful patio where I could relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The showers were quite temperamental, with hot water turning into icy cold at the slightest adjustment, and poor water pressure. It was also disappointing that the hostel did not accept credit cards.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff here is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to help with any requests or inquiries I had, making me feel like a valued guest. The location is also fantastic, with many popular neighborhoods and attractions within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore the nearby Palermo Soho and enjoy the vibrant restaurants and venues in the area. Additionally, the hotel is just a short walk away from a subway station, making it easy to navigate the city and reach other points of interest.
I highly recommend this hotel to families as well.
